  • Engage clients and potential clients within the first 10 seconds of walking in the facility.
  • Assist clients with questions
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments
  • Schedule potential client follow up phone calls with Vibes Coaches to better understand client needs.
  • Process paperwork and assist Vibes coaches with new client onboarding
