Not at all. Most of our members started exactly where you are. Every session is coached, which means your coach adapts the workout to your current fitness level. You will never be left to figure it out on your own.

Your first visit starts with a quick conversation with a coach about your goals. From there you jump into a coached session with the group — you'll be guided through every movement. After your second session we'll sit down for an in-person consult to build your plan.

We keep pricing off the website intentionally — not to be mysterious, but because the right plan depends on your goals and schedule. The best way to get a number is to book a free kickstart call. No pressure, no hard sell.

We'll cover all the details on your consult call. What we can say is that we're not in the business of locking people in — we want you here because it's working, not because you're stuck.

At a regular gym you're on your own. At Vibes every session is coached — someone is watching your form, tracking your progress, and adjusting your plan. You also get nutrition coaching, InBody body composition scans, and an app that tracks everything between sessions.
